So glad I found this app to help now that Shopify removed the Amazon integration. The only thing I hope to see in the future is inventory tracking included in the app. I was super impressed to get amazing phone support by Cara at ByteStand. So far so good!
This app works as described. Cara was helpful beyond my expectations and answered the questions I had with screenshots & videos, while clarifying some aspects of Amazon Seller, FBA, MCF etc.
Cara helped me a lot with my mall problem. Perfect service and an amazing up, upgrade your store and integrate with these guys, they are amazing!
App does exactly what I had hoped which is automatically update the customer with tracking once the order ships from Amazon. No more cut-and-pasting needed! Also worth including, I had some questions and support got back promptly with answers. kos.com
Cara in the Support team is awesome, and extremely fast. Everything in the app is well described and also has video tutorials on youtube.

My customers were receiving an error at checkout and the orders were begin abandoned. Cara responded within minutes with a detailed explanation and recommendations to solve the issue.
The customer support was great. I could receive good customer support in timely manner through the chat and emails, when I post some questions on setting-up.
Used this app for a while. Occasionally it wouldn't allow customers to complete their purchase claiming that we didn't ship to the UK. Approx 2% of orders affected. Shopify adamant problem isn't with them. Tried to get Bytestand to look into the problem but after hearing nothing on the subject have given up. Voting with our feet and moving to another app which also offer inventory synchronization.
This is unfortunate as this shop owner was with us for over a year. We communicated many times over email with this customer, and explained Amazon will not return rates if they have no inventory. This is Amazon's way of saying they cannot ship something they do not have.
