I'm an existing FeeFo customer with a Premium Plan and this App won't install.
If I could give it zero stars I would.
Abysmal.
I've contact support and they've sent me a word document with complex instructions for creating my own integration app!!!!!!

This is a superb app, it's easy to install, incorporates itself into your website making it effortless to use. Feefo send out emails to capture feedback and then advertises it on our website. What more could you want. Can't fault it!
The implementation of the Feefo app onto my Shopify website was absolutely seamless and stress free. With the great support Feefo provided, it's up and running and provides customers with trusted reviews whilst viewing products. We believe it's important to have this information clearly displayed to show the great customer service provided. Thank you Feefo, this app is brilliant!! 10 out of 10!
This app just sorts it all out for you, it is brilliant.
Customer reviews now display for each of my products. Easy to install and great customer support from Feefo.

We are beyond happy with feefo and are looking to sign up to the paid service so that we can make use of all the features
We feel the having the feefo tab on our website offers potential customers peace of mind, as they would have seen the feefo logo while shopping with well known retailers
The customer service team are very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable
Have had no issues with the app, so was surprised to see some negative reviews. Would have no hesitation in recommending it.

For an app that 'easily integrates' it easily unintegrates too.
Paid for this for months without getting any of the organic stars.
Highlighted how these have disappeared 6 months ago. While I got attentive service, nothing of any substance changed.
Today I ask again and a different person understands the issue. When I have asked them to tweak the script itself on our site to make it work, the least they can do for the hundreds and hundreds of pounds we have paid for the app; they aren't willing to do.
Feedback Rebates from Virthium however are only too happy to jump on and help out, as are many shopify app developers. We don't have a development team - we aren't a large company. But from what I can advise is Feefo is not worth it for an SME. Plenty of other options available
This app is fraud unfortunatly I deleted other apps and kept this one for reviews , They say in FREE version you get : 150 free feedback request emails in the first month (50 emails a month thereafter)
This is a lie, after one month none of the features are working, and you must upgrade to use the app, which is not mentioned in free version description.
Support service is very slow, conversations took over an hours back and forth.
I had to uninstall
So far, so exciting! AND what was wonderful, and hence am flagging here for the notice of my fellow entrepreneurs is that when we had some niggles installing the feefo widget their team stepped in and helped me with shopify integration and on site optimisation. Looks so great on site and also a really smooth and easy process for your consumers. Excited to see where we can take this next! HUGE thanks for your support Alex and team, you guys made our week!!!

We use Feefo for our service and product reviews. I don't understand the negative reviews here at all as in our experience it is a really excellent review platform. All our reviews are from verified customers only (so no spammy trolls and haters), and they have a rigorous process for making sure we can't fiddle with the reviews, which means we keep focussing on being excellent!
Feefo is a vital part of our customer service toolkit, there are powerful analytics in the portal for us to understand what our customers are saying about us and their support is also very responsive and helpful.
Highly recommended.
