Excellent app. I have found it very easy to use. Excellent customer support and they have helped me set up the bot and train it in different aspects in my store. Customer support is very responsive whenever I face any issues with the support. So far really liking it exactly what i have been looking for

I was searching for a simple to use ai chatbot and i used chatty and zipchat and some others but those were really very complicated and i was unable to even setup properly i was just going to leave ai chatbots but then i found fetchply and installed it was easy enough that i setup in just 10 minutes onboarding was so smooth i just have to hit next and boom!!! all done. the only thing that i needed is auto discount creator so my chatbot can give discounts to user automatically however i will give 5 start good enough to make my day :)

Fetchply has been a really useful Shopify app for our store. The setup was simple, and it did not feel complicated or overly technical. We were able to connect our store content and train the AI agent around the kind of questions customers usually ask before buying.

What I like most is that it helps answer common Shopify store questions right inside the chat widget, things like product info, shipping, returns, order-related questions, and general store support. Instead of customers leaving the site or waiting for a reply, they can get quick answers while they are still browsing.

It also feels clean on the storefront. The widget does not look out of place, and it makes the store feel more helpful without adding extra work for the team. For stores that get repeated customer questions, this can save a lot of time.
