Support finally responded saying they've resolved the app issue, but that's another lie – this is completely unacceptable and they should be banned from Shopify Apps.
The application doesn't work at all - it starts loading the page and then after 1-2 minutes it gives an error. I've contacted Support several times and no one has resolved for months.
Sorry for the experience - this isn’t expected. We also apologize if you didn’t receive a response earlier. We recently identified and resolved an issue that may have caused this behaviour. We'd love for you to try again.
