Shopify customer service is extremely helpful. They get back to you in minutes. They have always understood what I was trying to do. The app works very well with Shopify and what I want with all of my products. I haven't had any issues.

Wir setzen die App nun seit Monaten ein und für uns war Uploadly ein Segen! Wir arbeiten mit grossen Dateien und Uploadly war und ist die perfekte Lösung für uns. Gerade eben hatten wir noch ein technisches Problem, dass uns der Uploadly Support Abends nach 21 Uhr noch gelöst hat obwohl das Problem nichts mit ihrer App zu tun hatte. Weltklasse App und noch besserer Support. Macht weiter so!

just downloaded to trial this, set up wasn't as hard as what thought, patience and videos make the difference. shame they don't offer yearly discounts if purchased upfront that's only let down. Most others after looking have that option.
