WORTH IT. I wasted so much time and money trying to figure out Quickbooks and was so frustrated by how overcomplicated it was. All it took was one minute poking around Finaloop and I realized: it's not me, it's Quickbooks. Finaloop is SO MUCH EASIER to use, super accurate, super user-friendly, and designed for ecomm. Sure, it's more expensive, but the cost of your time--and not having an accurate picture of your finances--is much more costly.

Finaloop is easy to use and has all the features to keep our business finances organized. The support team was always quick to respond and incredibly helpful. Eli and Thomas, in particular, went above and beyond to make sure that we had everything we needed and were always available to answer any questions we had.

The Finaloop app is excellent. We've been using Finaloop's accounting service for over a year now, and their Shopify app and service has helped us to finally have rigorous, detailed accuracy of our ecommerce accounting. The Finaloop app connects with our Shopify stores and Amazon to automatically track and update each transaction to Quickbooks. We used to do our bookkeeping, but we've saved hours and hours using Finaloop that we now direct toward growing our sales and profit.

We are a few months into working with Finaloop and it has freed up so much time from doing the books ourselves. Since I launched my business I have said so many times, "there must be a Quickbooks-equivalent for Shopify/D2C merchants" because using QB as a D2C business is horrific and not of this era. Finaloop helped tax season go extremely well and has given me so much time back monthly for bookkeeping. Their customer support is very helpful and wants to make sure you have the best experience. We made the leap to use Finaloop for our accounting and its been a big improvement. They are technically savvy and have a grasp of accounting. They are continuously adding features. It did take effort to move over our old books but they held our hand along the way, were patient and made it worth our while.
