Truly amazing!
I don't review much and will sound like a fanboy here because I am. I want to help these guys all I can because they are great.
Finaloop is MADE FOR ECOMMERCE.
Not only is Finaloop a very well designed app with an intuitive, deceptively simple UI that makes it a breeze to use, it's also a FULL FLEDGED bookkeeping and accounting system that replaces QuickBooks, Xero, etc.!
We've been looking for a QBO alternative for years - Finaloop is not only an alternative - it is FAR SUPERIOR.
And that's not all! Finaloop is a real accounting firm so they can literally become your accounting department and even do your (US business) taxes! Your books are monitored by a full staff of human accountants that are always there to help!
Finaloop has revolutionized our bookkeeping/accounting by removing all the stress, reducing bookkeeping time to a few minutes a month (!!) and providing reports that we can trust.
No more reconciling bank, CC, PayPal statements EVER - Finaloop does it all in real time.
Finaloop processes raw data by read-only access to the original sources so the numbers are 100% accurate.
AP and payroll are effortless with Settle and Gusto integrations. Many more integrations are available.

To say I was frustrated with Quickbooks was an understatement. All of the things that old horse was terrible at — syncing with Shopify, Amazon, Faire and Chase— Finaloop does with ease. Because it's built for a modern e-commerce stack, it has allowed me to reduce my monthly bookkeeping costs by $400/month. I was skeptical of the service before I started, but their team is very responsive and helpful! I wish I'd started this years ago.

As an e-com brand, you will save sooo much time, money, and effort using Finaloop instead of another software like QuickBooks

I have been a mired mess of numbers since I launched my shop. I HATED Quickbooks. I thought capturing and categorizing was all I needed to do. But no, there was more manual stuff like reconciling bank statements and spreadsheets from Amazon, Etsy, Shopify and other sites for the accountant. By year 6, my books gave my accountant a headache because I had grown, sold more items that were not tracked in QB, (why didn't Shopify and QB sync?) my books were just impossible because I hadn't fixed it from the first year. I'm a solopreneur who is a creative - so this admin stuff is a drag to me, but I know it's gotta get done. Frustrated, I searched for a plug in. I knew Shopify had 3rd party partners and that's when I saw the reviews for FINALOOP. It was cheaper than QB and there was a 14 day trial period. I connected my accounts and selling platforms, and the AI categorized recognizable entries! The unclear entries I had to enter, but then the AI knows how to handle it for the next sync. OMG, I wish I had found Finaloop sooner!!! If you're not sure about Finaloop, don't hesitate. The team is super responsive and eager to help!

Finaloop has been one of the best investments we've made in our financial tech stack. It easily connects with all of our banks, credit cards, Shopify and Amazon accounts and takes the guesswork out of bookkeeping. It's been a huge relief knowing that we are finally using a system that understands eCommerce finance. I'd give this app 10 stars if I could :)

Finaloop has provided a HUGE improvement to our bookkeping process and visibility to detailed P&L information across all channels.
Saves us time and money from previous needs for a bookkeeper, spreadsheets and lots of manual analysis.

I wish I found Finaloop earlier so that I would not have to waste time/money on QBO. This App is designed for e-commerce, the integration with other e-Commerse platforms like Amazon, Shopify, is phenomenal. The backend accountants are also very responsive. Although there is time zone difference(they are mostly in Israel I believe) , they reply to me as soon as they get my message (which I usually get first thing the next day if it’s in the afternoon). Highly recommend to someone who is looking for eCommerce Accounting solutions.
