Finaloop has been a game changer for us. It’s made managing our finances seamless by automatically categorizing expenses and syncing directly with our Shopify store. If you have a basic understanding of how your books work, you can all but manage them yourself and have real-time financials at your fingertips 24/7 - no more back and forth with bookkeepers, mess of spreadsheets, or delays.

I was paying a bookkeeper a lot of money to keep my books in order on my shopify store, Amazon seller account and Etsy account. Once I plugged in Finaloop I felt confident I had everything I needed to no longer pay a bookkeeper. I've been on it for about 5 months and so far it's been great. I really like all of the reports I can run. Super smooth and easy.

We onboarded onto the Inventory IQ functionality and while it takes a little time setup (worth it), it is incredibly helpful to have real-time landed costs and fulfillment automated that funnels through all other expenses to give us our profitability metrics we need. Very intuitive for Ecommerce businesses and it allows you to have clarity into your business expenses including inventory that before Finaloop was opaque.

I've been on the app for about 2 mos now and am still learning, but

1) The initial integration was SUPER EASY (we sell on 5 channels including Amazon)

2) The support I have received is Top Notch and easily one of the top software companies I've ever interacted with.

I am coming off of QuickBooks and A2X. While A2X made QB more manageable, after being on Finaloop I can see how outdated it is and how bad it is for an eCommerce business - never mind the cost savings.

Finaloop is the best financial reporting we have used in our small business CROSSNET over last 7 years. The dashboard allows me to see all sales, credit card balances, bank balances, etc without having to login to each portal. The accuracy of the financial reporting is second to none with there source of truth accounting going to each of the statements and matching transactions. I highly recommend Finaloop to any business owner. I think the pricing structure is fair based on the volume of transactions / sales. 10/10

Finaloop has been a game changer for our business. With only two of us wearing many hats within the organization, finding ways to optimize our time is crucial. With Finaloop, I am now able to pass off almost all of our accounting work, saving me 20+ hours a month of bookkeeping. This has allowed us to focus more on growing the business and managing higher leverage activities.

Not only is Finaloop incredible and Bookkeeping, they excel when it comes to tax time. What used to take me days of reconciliation and back-and-forth with our CPA now only takes a few hours. I recommend Finaloop to everyone who wants an easy solution for better accounting practices!

We're still in the early days of using Finaloop, but it seems like a good product. Aside from a little miscommunication with their responsive and helpful team, my only complaint thus far is that, since their pricing tiers are revenue-based, we end on the same tier as higher-margin companies taking home 4x to 50x what we do. I'm not going to cry about it, but it does rank as the most significant subscription expense for our tiny business.

WaveApps might be a good alternative starting out, but we decided to try Finaloop out for a year based on its integration with Shopify and it just feeling like a more advanced, more "high touch" service. Hopefully that holds true and the bookkeeping pays for itself. So far so good.

Finaloop is more than an just an app. They are a well polished bookkeeping powerhouse. I cannot tell you how much time they have saved me. Also, there is a very clear "task list" for instances where they need information from you, however its very clear, and they guide you every step of the way. Thanks team, for real time books!
