The app can suddenly crash randomly until you find out you have probably lost multiple sales due to customers not being able to get the cart to appear.
The app has good potential, but bugs appear too frequently. While customer service takes too long to respond to an email or there is no chat to contact anyone. I have been waiting 4 days to fix a problem with the currency in the Progres Shipping bar...

The best ROI of any app I have in my store.
I started using these guys back when they were Obsidian upsell and it was an instant success. In the years/months since they've only gotten BETTER. Their cart is a super simple install and has a ton of features that drive big $$$ for us.

- aesthetically this app is the nicest upsell one I have seen (and I researched for awhile!)
- implementing literally took me minutes (and I have a multi-lingual site) - the support is truly the best. They respond within hours and so genuinely want to help you resolve any issues. - results!! My basket size has increased! I can’t say enough good - these guys know what they’re doing!

Simple setup, effective upsells. The progress bar for free shipping is also great. We had a positive ROI after only a few days. Can't ask for more! 10/10 would recommend this app.

Hands down the best app we've tried, it has increased daily sales some days up to 20%. Works flawlessly, fun to use with the shipping meter & great interface to upsell specific products at the right time. Really impressed.

Marcus really helped us with getting our cart sorted. We had an existing slide-out cart and a filter app that caused issues with Incentivize. But, Marcus and the team really worked on it the last few days and fixed it for us! Great service from the guys! Can't wait to see this app bring in that upsell revenue
