Fantastic product backed up by an even better team. TTV for us was literally within days and at every step of the way, the Flyweight team has been there to ensure that we're getting the most value out of the product. Game changer for Shopify merchants looking to introduce high-quality AI flows into their customer support experience.
The app and AI is very good. But their extra fees are a bit much for me. I spend a lot on ads and making viral content, some content gets millions of views, and that traffic shows up on my site. And Flyweight gets paid if I drive traffic to my site???? It does not make sense. Honestly, even with thousands of visitors a day I'd get 2-5 AI questions so it's not like everyone was engaging with the chat. Some holidays I'll get 100K visitors a day and I see no reason to pay FlyWeight for this. I canceled and moved on. Otherwise the app worked well.

We’ve since introduced pricing options based on AI interactions only, with unlimited visitors included. So no matter how much traffic your ads or viral content drive, you’re not charged for it - you only pay when the AI actually does work.

Early days but very easy to setup and so far very effective.
so far its been great the ai has scanned my store perfectly and is effectively helping customers when support isnt available it is perfect and for 1$ its stupid not to buy.
se ben dettato è fantastico peccato per il limite dei 5000 caratteri. Per quanto riguarda i costi è assurdo che prenda in esame gli accessi e non le conversazioni. Speriamo venga risolto questo limite.
As a company we tried a few others A.I Chatbot but they just did not measured up. Flyweight is the champion of them all.
Que la probe y esta muy bien estructurada y con la caracteristica que le puedes preguntar en varios idiomas y lleva directamente al cliente al producto o productos similares a los que solicita el cliente. Felicitaciones
