FLY: AI Chat with Personality

I'm really happy with the Flyweight Chatbot app! It has made a big difference in how we talk to our customers. The AI is very smart and helpful. It's great at understanding customer questions since it searches our whole site and knows our products really well. It gives quick and useful answers to many different questions.

Here's what I like most:

Smart AI Chatbot: The chatbot is great at understanding what customers ask and giving them the right answers. It's like having a very helpful support person available all the time.

More Efficiency: It has made our response times much faster. Now, our team can spend time on more important things.

Happier Customers: Customers are happy because they get fast support and good information. This has made them like our business even more.

Great Support: The app was easy to set up and works well with our Shopify store. The support, especially from Matthias, has been excellent.

I strongly recommend the Flyweight Chatbot to any business that wants to improve its customer support and make things easy for customers. It's a big improvement!

Seems to work well, after some days of tryout. However the number of impressions will clearly exceed the starter pack after some days, although not many chats were generated. Therefore additional money must be spent in order to cover a whole months impressions. Starter Plan for 1$ monthly will only work for very small shop with very low traffic.

Impressed how well this works, the AI knows everything, and if it doesn’t, it just forwards the request to us! Thought about adding a live chat before finding this app, so glad we didn't have to.

Great app, great support and gdpr and ai act conform, so very high recommended. also a very easy installation and the bot works perfectly. we save a lot of time with the bot answering questions by email before we had this bot working.

Simply wow! I am totally thrilled and can recommend the app 100%. It works very well after a short set-up time. It saves a lot of support time and raises the level of support.

Very intutive and I like that you can install a personality. It does a good job of reading your website content. yesnomaybetarot will be a lot of fun for some people.

We have had this app for days now and so far it has been really great. We use Czech language and didn't find any mistakes:)

What cool tech! Tried a few chatbots before, this one has been by far the smoothest. No manual training required, knows all our Shopify content, and refreshes it daily.

I like that the chatbot is trained on the content from our site. Was easy to set up and the free tier is nice for a small business. If it gets used then I'll be happy to pay because it will save time in support and sales. It would be nice to get email summaries of the stats and chats.
