The app seems pretty mediocre just like most of shopifys apps but Susan gave great customer service to help me solve a problem
This app is great for changing fonts. Very easy! I had a few questions and Jade was super helpful!

I have reached out to the Fontify team in every possible way - through the support on their website, through the ask for help within the Shopify app and on their "chat" platform. My requests started 4 days ago and I have recived no response in any format. So, now I'm leaving this bad review in the hopes that, perhaps, someone will care enough to respond. Worst service ever. I would leave zero stars if possible.

I downloaded this app, I wasn't sure how to use it. This was on a Sunday AFT around 12am EST. Luckily, I received a response from Jade - she is apart of the support staff. She assisted me immediately and provided thorough details with changing the font/font size. Please don't overpay these other developers/freelancers money just to adjust your font/fontsize for your site. This is the perfect affordable help with a great staff to assist you. Last time I paid a developer from Freelancer about $50 USD just to change the font. This app is great and awesome staff!! Thank you :)
