This was easy to use and set up for someone without any website or form experience. Any issues were met quickly when contacting customer support!
A very good app for different types of forms. I love that they have a free plan too. As a non profit organization that's very helpful. Also the customer service is very good. If you face any problems they help you with it. My only complaint is that there's no export option on free plan. But I understand it but as a non profit organization you want to save money where you can save it.

For a free app, this form building is great. It has all the options you'd expect (and a couple unexpected) and it's easy to use. The support staff was very responsive via a chat interface which is nice. There are some things lacking from this app but it's free so I can't complain. It certainly will meet your needs for basic functionality.
