Our app does not handle billing directly — all charges and refunds are managed by Shopify. If you were billed and need a refund, you can request it through your Shopify admin under **Settings → Billing**, or by contacting Shopify Support, who will be able to assist you further.

We are a very small company with very limited resources. We absolutely love Fraud Judge because not only are they budget-friendly, but they are always improving and updaying their product features to protect customers against online fraud.
This a wonderful app if you are being hit with fraudulent orders. This app can actually prevent payments being captured avoiding the payment-refund-Shopify payout-Shopify clawback cycle. I highly recommend this app. And their support is terrific.
