Great app. Since Shopify in their infinite lack of wisdom removed useful info in dealing with fraud with a silly go/no go detail, this app is working great as a tool toward our fraud checking.

Our app does not handle billing directly — all charges and refunds are managed by Shopify. If you were billed and need a refund, you can request it through your Shopify admin under **Settings → Billing**, or by contacting Shopify Support, who will be able to assist you further.
