The customer service is horrible. I was charged a monthly fee and should not have been. reached out and was told I have to contact Shopify for a refund. everyone knows shopify doesn't refund directly for apps the actually app company has too, its in writing everywhere on shopify support. I even provided this proof to the rep I spoke to. Please find another app to use.
We had agreed on the refund on the first reply to your email. And, we had also politely requested you to contact Shopify via the chat/email to initiate the refund process. (For this, we have also re-confirmed the refund process with Shopify Team, and this would be the right process).
Anyway, can you please contact Shopify team via the chat/email at your account to initiate the refund? So that we can close the issue.
Flagged normal orders, even orders I manually took the payment on. and didn't flag real fraud, pointless, worse then the built in shopify system. I was looking for something to automatically cancel high risk orders, this cant even find them.
I only have 1 sale since my store just open and it did fine. It makes me fell more secure since right before I opened I had 2 known emails sign up for an email notification of store opening. I found out via an email verification search that they had problems so I added the FraudPro app.
Pretty simple, does what it says it does! And the best part is the fact that it is has a free plan!

Great for a startup, best to use with other fraud tools but common sense is still your best friend!
Best thing is the instant e-mails.
Has let the odd fraudulent case through but when extra checks are done then this is a great starting point.

Plugs in easily to every day work - and has so far caught several orders which would otherwise have gone straight to our fulfilment house, only for goods to be dispatched, and chargebacks raised.
Looking at the historical data of chargebacks we have lost, I am able to set specific rules which match the previous fraudulent orders. (location / order value / fraudscore etc.) and then rather than simply refusing the order - we can manually review them by contacting the customer if something looks suspect prior to capturing the payment.
I had a little trouble setting it up at first as i had to change a couple of things for it to work with our fulfilment company's settings - but the customer support was fast, devoted to finding a solution, and I now have a system where i don't have to worry about high-risk orders being processed automatically whilst i am away on business.

Was easy to get installed & working vs. some of the other fraud checking apps I've tested. Small stores (<500 orders/month) are free which greatly helps when just starting out.
Free is good and I can stop people suspected of fraud. Thank you!
