I have been using this for a few years now and I have just re-installed as I've updated my theme and it had gone! I would thoroughly recommend, the free version suits us fine, it's really easy to set up, I've had no problems at all

I really like it. I use it to offer free shipping in Canada. I would like it better if i could filter it further to only offer to certain provinces. Its great.
