4 stars because it's not exactly 100% free. But it does work and if you upgrade, you get more stuff. The upgrade price isn't too bad. It may slow down the website load times. Not sure though. It does what it says it does though.
It helps me put free shipping offers the top, But currently it does not work for that Empire Theme.
If it worked for that Empire Theme I would give this five stars.
So far good experience. May be we will try using the premium version when store volume increases significantly.
