Very happy with this app! I've used it across a few different websites now, and if there are any issues Louis at the help desk is extremely quick and so helpful. It's so great to have a staff member who's very competent and very quick to assist with installation to even assistance with implementation. (Thanks, Louis!)
My tip is to keep it simple when using this app and don't over complicate thing. As I said, I'm using it across four brands and strongly recommend it to anyone considering a free gift app.

This app does exactly what we need - creates many more options not offered by Shopify for giving away free product based on certain requirements.
The support staff are very helpful and reply super fast via online chat. This is the best free gift I have found so far. My one hope would be for there to be a pop up button of the offer on the shop page rather than only the banner in the checkout.

Customer service is super responsive and helpful! App did everything we needed it to do! I installed it to allow a free gift to be automatically added to the cart without a code. Had to tweak it a bit, but customer support was able to help with what I needed!

This is a great app to offer free gifts automatically at check our. The free item get added to the cart as soon as the target threshold is reached. Besides this, a message is shown until the threshold is reached to motivate the customers. The support by Secomapp is great as well.
