While the back end is pretty good, if free gift set up is not perfect for your store they have FANTASTIC customer support who will go in and do it for you!

FREE Gift was really helpful for us because We really needed a plug-in to provide us the option, that shopify doesn't have, to add automatically to the cart of the customers a gift, once they reached the amount to receive it. Also the customer care is really well done.

The best app we encountered for Buy X Get Y after we tested a bunch! And the customer support is amazing. Especially Mina and Mike - always there to help and to give great advice when special needs have to be met. We can only highly recommedn this app!

David was incredibly helpful and accommodating, able to customize the app any way we needed on our site. A small learning curve but the team are very happy to explain anything you need. The deal works well and having it run on the cart page is great.
