Instant chat service is very good and response is fast and got to the right point to get your problem solved immediately. Our two other sites have been using this app for such a quite long time. it helps so much to boost the sales by providing the variety of discount offered to our customers. Been looking for an app that could do a BOGO - automatically, ie buy 1, get 2. I looked at apps for ages and most wanted you to manually link everything 1 by 1.

This was the 3rd app I tested. Two things: 1, it has the functionality I wanted out of the box. 2, it didn't quite because I needed more products (at the time they had a max of 50). But - jumped in chat, they were there, and sussed it all in the backend.

Launched a massive sale the same day I installed app.

Nice features: automatic buy one get two, upload custom 'sale icon' images, and David.

I was trying to find a solution to automatically add a gift item to customer's shopping cart. It gonna take me forever if I did not find this AWESOME APP. It was very helpful, and the TECH Support is very quick!

After the update the app is much easier to use. There are still issues sometimes- we've had issues with products being available after the offer expires and a few other things, but tech support (shoutout to Mina) is usually pretty quick and gets issues resolved.

Secomapp has been very easy to work with, quick and professional. It was easy to install Free Gifts, and it works fantastically. Secomapp installed it without any fuss within hours of us getting the app. The back end interface is easy to navigate as well, so it's been very simple to put in exactly the type of giveaways we want to use. It is capable of automatically keeping inventory levels updated, and it also looks great on the front end of the website. Very polished and effective app. I am impressed.
