Overall good experience. Easy installation, fast customer service responses. It did what I needed it to do which was add a free product to carts automatically for carts over a certain threshold. Back end UX could be more clear.
Fantastic app! Does exactly what it claims to do. Pretty easy to use. And the support team is super prompt not to mention how helpful they were to customize positions, give instructions and screenshots for ease of understanding. I used it the entire duration of the trial, however it's expensive for me to proceed with a subscription. Waiting for some special deal!
Great experience, very helpful support team, chat option is brilliant- there is always someone who can solve any issue fast. Five star for sure!

Exactly what my site needed. Great App.
This app is very good. Didn't quiet suit what I need. The excellent customer support members were more then helpful, they helped me install it and customise to suit my needs !!
I Wanted the app to do something it couldn't do at present, support staff have given my suggestion to development staff to develop so that I can implement it in my store.
Highly recommended
The developer installed the app quickly and put up 2 tests so I could see how the free gifts work. I was able to understand the app in about 10-15 minutes and now it's working smoothly. Highly recommended!

Great support! Their team work is really good. Despite of time differences, somebody was always there to chat with me and helped me. They solved the issue I had quickly and explained it to me the way I could understand. Even tho there is some things that I wish I could do with this app (I wanted to change the free gift item title so that it's clear to customers that it's free gift), I am comfortable to keep using this app and very satisfied with their customer service.
