I have rarely found an app that does exactly what I need it to, but Free Gifts has been my easiest install yet. I had put two apps into motion at the same time, and Free Gifts was installed by their support team, had answered two of my emails and the app is up and running with my needed setup in less than 36 hours. The other app hasn't even responded with the theme install yet. If you are debating, install this app, take it for a test run and you'll be impressed that it's fully up and running long before the trial period is over. Great support, app works exactly as advertised.

The App allow customers to place 0 value orders of our gifts for campaign. The loss we had suffered from this app far exceed the app cost.

We do not recommend this app to anyone.

While it didn't work out great for us to continue using long term, the app is useful and the support is great! After having issues and having support fix majority of it, we ended up with additional compatibility issues with our theme and 2-3 other app we were using so we had to get rid of this one but for most shops it should be fine!

In our Shop the Costumers can't put the right size in the cart. No matter what they choose, in the cart is always the size xxs. Terrible. This is a thing that should not happen.
We installed it for a big action an know the costumers don´t by the products, cause they can't put the right size in the cart. We loose a lot of Money.

This app messed up our store twice. There are a lot of options but each option we wanted to add caused problems. This app asks for extensive help from the developer and a lot of things went wrong in our case. It took a lot of emailing to get things sorted out. The installation took quite some time and some last minute stress the evening before Black Friday. After they installed this app, the featured image of our products was replaced by the second picture in our product pages which is the backside of our products. The support is quite okay though.

Great app and amazing customer service. I had a wonderful experience with the customer service rep Mina. She took her time to explain the different functions in the app and upon my request, she set up everything for me. I recommend this app!

The only thing I liked about the app was the prompt support. However, this could not compensate for the amount of headache we have had. The app turned itself off on its own. Then it would force the wrong variation into people's cart resulting in a lot of frustration, money loss for us and pricey returns. It requires a duplicate of SKU in order to work, which created total mess in out WMS system blocking dispatching. I would recommend to try and avoid using it if you can, or give yourself a month of testing, because our 18 days were not enough.
