Exceptional Customer service !!!!
This app blew me away! It is EXACTLY what I was looking for but even better. And the customer service is absolutely incredible and very fast. The ability to customize the product recommendations, design, and placement is amazing. Could not have been easier to set up. Can't wait to check out analytics after a few weeks of setting these funnels up. Highly highly recommend! [update] still using this app and absolutely loving it! I figured out how to customize the design of my offers with different templates and backgrounds - very cool! Customer service is STILL 10/10!

I have been using this app for a while. It's got some really good features, but there's one big issue. It's been slowing down our website every day.
And today it's throwing 500 Internal server error.
I think if they get better servers for the app hosting, it would work a lot smoother. That would make a big difference.
