We are genuinely shocked and saddened by this review, as it is factually contradicted by our technical logs.
To be clear for anyone reading this: our records show that you installed Fundlify today, successfully configured a crowdfunding goal, added products, and launched a live campaign—completing the entire setup process in under 15 minutes. It is technically impossible to achieve these milestones if the app 'did not work.'
You then uninstalled the app immediately after successfully testing its full functionality, without ever reaching out to our support team or responding to our direct outreach.
As Shopify Partners since 2014 with a 4.9-star reputation and 4x Webby Awards, we take Shopify' standards very seriously. We have timestamped proof of your successful campaign setup and are currently sharing this evidence with Shopify’s Partner Governance team to contest this misleading representation of our software.
We remain open to helping you if there was a genuine misunderstanding, but providing a 1-star 'does not work' review for a product you successfully operated is deeply unfair to the developer community.
