This app works as described, but it is very expensive. Also, it is impossible to cancel. If you simply unistall you will continue to be charged the $39/month. It is annoying when a tech company makes it technically difficult to stop using the service.
Hi, we have checked your account and you have uninstalled our app on the 25/11 and your billing cycle is on the 18th of each month so you were charged on the 18/11. As expected, your december statement (18/11 to 18/12) shows a charge for the fyrebox app and labels it as uninstalled. So we haven't charged a uninstalled app. Please note that your billing is handled by Shopify, not us, and they cancel a subscription as soon as you uninstall a third party app. We have sent you the screenshots to your separate support request
