Have only been using the free plan so far, but that has given me everything I need to be GDPR compliant. The cookie banner is very customisable, so it's easy to stay on brand with colours etc and at the same time avoid destroying the customer experience.
Once setup there is an option to speak with tech support to have them check for compliance. I spoke with Georgi who was incredibly helpful in helping me check my store. He also went above and beyond in spotting a few other things I needed to change in my Shopify settings for faster page load times. This included sending me step by step video instructions that were super easy to follow an implement.
Really impressed by the app functionality and especially the first class customer support. Thank you!

Awesome support. We had an issue with our integration, which had actually nothing to do with this app and they found the problem, so that we could fix it. Very helpful.
Besides that its one of the view apps out there which has really all the necessary legal features for GDPR even in free plan.

Download and set up was pretty quick and easy, I liked the fact for basic free version you could still edit segments.
The plan options are reasonable, time will tell.
Only thing I noticed there was no option for store location ( Australia )

Unsure how app will affect site as I'm still in creation stage and just getting legal compliance stuff sorted.

Absolutely brilliant customer service - make sure you use the 'check compliance' button - the help I received was instant and extremely clear and helpful and now I'm confident that I'm compliant, which I would not have been without this help! (Also make sure you set everything up on a desktop not a mobile phone as there are lots more options there than in the mobile version!

Nice app, easy to use and fast reliable help center. There is even a free plan to choose, or if you prefer more features paid plans. It needs a translation integrated app (like langshop and such) to have translations of the texts , you cannot put them manually in this app. Apart from that, everything seems great

After evaluating MANY different GDPR+etc. cookie compliance apps, this one is the only one that met all my requirements. As a bonus, the developers are extremely accessible and helpful by email support. They helped me with custom code samples that I applied to my theme to ensure that custom tracking code I had (for other third-party services) were staying in compliance. I also love that the app can use IP-based geolocation to show the relevant notices ONLY to visitors for whom it is relevant. In my case, that means most of my visitors don't get nagged by a cookie consent banner at all (yay!) AND I stay in full compliance (double yay!).

I'm not particularly techy and I found this app very easy to install and configure.
As my store is brand new I've gone for the free version for now.
I love how you can customise the cookie bar and adapt it to your brand colours, and also how easy it was to understand the cookie bar behaviour, for instance which cookies should load automatically, and which ones should not.
I had to contact Support to ask a question and they got back to me immediately with a clear explanation on how to sort out a specific setting. I'm impressed so far.

The support will help you as long as necessary with pleasure and free of charge, for example for customization.

A point to improve: consider replacing your subscription system by number of pages viewed, number of visitors because this could become an obstacle to the conservation and reuse of Consentmo on future stores.

Very friendly and fast service. We had some issues in the coding when integrating the app with our translation tool, and Zeus was excellent in solving our issue. He immediately had a software engineer look into it, and in no time they found the issue and solved it. 100% recommend the app to anyone mainly because of the excellent customer service. Unusual to find such great support. Thank you.
