BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! GearLaunch’s support team is prompt to get all my questions and problems answered. They have a great community whenever I need support in my online store.
Gear Launch has been a real bonus for our store. They have good prices and customers love the quality. They are probably the only printer that follows up on customer service (when needed) on our behalf too.
Any queries we have with them are dealt with by email and they usually follow up within 2-24 hours.
It would be nice to see them expand their product range. e.g. all over prints.

I used this app to do print on demand products. Primarily T-shirts. The customer service is awful. They refuse to refund a product that they have had "being printed" for 25 days. They never refunded another product that had physical stains and a rip on the shirt when it was shipped, even though someone who claimed to be a manager said she would. Customer service is awful. Recommended! The products are good balance of price/quality and they stand behind them with a fair replacement policy for defective items. Their production times are very reasonable as well.
I started using GearLaunch for home decors and blankets, and the quality of the product as well as the printing is excellent. I hope they come out with more of a product range in the future, but I am happy with their service now. Would definitely recommend GearLaunch!
