Geolocation ‑ GLC

Wonderful plugin, it's sad though that they removed the support for multiple currencies in the free plan with loyalty program. I was working perfectly fine then without any notifications my live website suddenly lost the multi-currency support which was bad! For this I removed one star from them. But other than that, the plugin is amazing. And due to this we had to remove the plugin and find an alternative.

This translation app exceeded all my expectations!
The translations are fast, accurate, and sound natural, working perfectly for both short texts and more complex sentences. The interface is simple and intuitive, which makes the whole experience very smooth.

Another great feature is the automatic language detection and the high-quality pronunciation in the audio translations. Whether you need it for daily communication, studying, or traveling, this tool is absolutely essential.

GLC: Geolocation has been a great addition to my store. My customers can browse in their own language and currency without any confusion, which makes their shopping experience much smoother. I’ve noticed fewer questions about pricing and checkout since installing the app. It runs automatically in the background and just works. Very happy with how it helps me serve a global audience.

The support is good, therfore the 2 stars, but the app doesn’t work properly. When you use it, you might can’t manage without help from support. I had major issues with incorrect translations online, and when I tried to change them, the changes wouldn’t save - app got stuck. The navigation within the app to manually fix incorrect translations also takes a long time and involves a lot of scrolling. It’s even more frustrating when you finally find the section, make the change—but then it doesn’t save.

To be fair, I need the translations in Dutch, but the app struggles to make smart choices or maintain consistency (for example, it translated the same button text three different ways).

Based on my experience comparing many location apps, Geolocation - GLC is the most convenient and offers the best user experience.

The pop-up interface and settings are very user-friendly and easy to understand. Your customer service response is also incredibly fast; they reply quickly regardless of the time of day, which is a pleasant surprise.

The service team is highly professional and able to resolve my issues quickly, which has been a huge help. I'm very grateful!
