We have been using Gift Card Pro for a couple of months so far and it's been nothing but great. The setup is easy and Tim and his team were very helpful in addressing any technical question or concern. The main reason for selecting Gift Card Pro was that we found the end-user interface to be very user-friendly, interactive, visual and engaging. Also, the business model is fair - you basically pay on demand and can scale as needed. We can't wait for the holiday season to give it a push. Highly recommended.

Fantastic app that allowed us to turn on gift cards for our customers almost immediately! Now we're able to capture sales from our customers after holiday shipping cutoffs hit, increasing our revenue. The custom designs features were well received too. I highly recommend!

This is a stellar and quite simply essential app. It has answered all of the functional deficiencies posed by the native gift card solution and is ably supported by the team at Gist. We cannot enthuse enough about our experience using this product which introduces valuable new features with every update. We are an extremely satisfied customer!

Obviously, Shopify's gift card experience is lacking. We tried another gift card service and oddly they charged us .25 per order on ANY order. Not just gift cards. Seemed a little greedy. This pricing is extremely fair and I love the UX. It took me no more than 5 minutes to set up! Gist has such a great selection of apps. Our store is literally running on Gist right now! Their customer service and support is top notch. They go above and beyond.

We installed this app to enable customers to purchase and send gift cards to recipient emails, and to schedule when they were delivered. We did not have the ability to do this on our Shopify store. I was under a deadline to get the app working so we could advertise gift cards in an SMS campaign the next day. Tim worked with me to address my issues, even going as far as hopping on a Zoom call to walk me through the configuration questions I had. Out of all the 3rd party apps we have installed on our store, Gift Card Pro definitely has the best customer service. It's so rare that I get a same-day response, let alone within minutes.

So far, love this app and its features! Customer service was quick to respond when I had questions. Excited for our customers to use Gift Card Pro!
