The Gift on Order app provided a relatively easy way for us to list samples on our ecommerce site. Some customizations were needed and development work, however the app developer was quick to communicate and make needed changes.

For our store, we often do promotions with a free item (like free X with all orders over $100...) so this app has been great! We ran into an issue recently where the gift wasn't appearing but Webkul support found the issue in our code and fixed it, so then it worked like a charm after that :)

An excellent app from which we have been getting lots of benefits. But needs to be improved a bit:
-needs to load faster in the cart so the free gift gets added in the checkout, takes 5 seconds to load, if customers click the checkout button right away it gets left off on the checkout page. -update the backend, images of the gift products are not showing.

This is a great app. We were able to set up a few tiers of free gifts for different value orders and ever since sales are way up. We are giving away a bunch of little trinkets with our logo on them, but the value of just the increase in conversions is definitely worth it. I would give it more than 5 stars if I could.

Gift on Order is very easy to use and has helped us run numerous campaigns successfully. It's a simple set up, and if you don't know how to add the code, they'll do it for you. Just select a day and time via the online scheduling system. The support provided by the team has been great, when we had an issue, the team worked quickly to help us resolve the problem, some weren't even their technical issues. I highly recommend the app.

Excellent app -- this is just what we needed. Support was excellent and offered to install it for free, and did so very fast for us. Even though they're based overseas, still have great support. I would recommend this app to anyone needing such a feature.

Not easy set up .. took way too long for customer services to respond to slips, after accepting payment for the app. They were rude and didn't display clearly how app works, they were terribly rude and eventually found out the app doesn't do what we need it to. Disappointing definitely WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.
