もともとギフト用途で導入しましたが、
配送日時指定の機能が追加されたことをきっかけにプランを変更しました。
機能追加直後ということもあり、
表示が思うようにならなかったり細かな不具合はいくつかありました。
ただ、その都度サポートに相談すると、
毎回とても丁寧に対応していただき、
一つひとつ着実に解消していけたのが印象的です。
最終的にはこちらの希望通りの形で表示・運用ができるようになりました。
導入から安定するまでに少し時間はかかりましたが、
しっかり向き合って対応してもらえる点は安心感があります。
