Great app with an even better customer service team. I required some tweaking to the app as we required a paid, unremovable item to be added to the cart as opposed to a 'free' gift. I tried numerous alternatives and was unsuccessful on each occasion. I didn't think it was possible but Alex and the team at EasyGift went above and beyond, working endlessly until the request was solved.

Super fast to set-up, easy to use and did exactly what we needed it to do! Our 2022 BFCM would not have had as much success or as good CX as it did without this app. We will definitely be re-installing for future promotions!
