The Knickknack Shack is an online gift store, so being able to gift is a HUGE part of what my store is all about. I had a different gifting app for a while, but it stopped working suddenly and I was left with really poor alternatives that didn't have the functionality that I wanted, or needed.... until I found Giftnote!
This app has all the bells and whistles I could ever ask for, from eGifting options, email and SMS notifications, physical delivery notifications, and even gift card notifcations. It integrates with your CRM to help you build a mailing list. I mean, come on... this app does so much and costs so little (no guys, that's not a hint to raise your prices!) If you tack on $1 to your prices for the option to send gifts, then the app pays for itself. It's such a tremendous game-changer, I can't stop gushing about how amazing this app is. Not to mention the fantastic support I received when I had a couple of questions and a customization request. Nick jumped right on that and scheduled a call to walk me through all the features and helped me fix what needed to be fixed, just like that.

Super elegant solution to gift notes, especially for people working with 3rd party fulfillment where in-box solutions are clunky and expensive. Especially since the addition of the option to include their widget on 2.0 themes in product pages & at checkout.

We used to literally HAND WRITE our customers gift messages on postcards to put with our playmats and it was insanely time-consuming. Giftnote has been a total life saver honestly. Not only has it given us back hours of our lives back, it's a really cool way to do gift messaging and we've gotten great feedback on it. Highly recommend!
