Clunky; transaction amount is not transparent; can't easily gain reports on monthly or by non-profit basis. Good thing is that it connects easy.

We are thrilled with this app and how it's allowed us to support the non-profits and causes we believe in. Our business is built on giving back to animal welfare organizations, and this has allowed us to better organize and grow our program. The Pledge team has been so easy to work with and have helped us every step of the way.

The app itself works great. What kills you is the unnecessary high fees for no apparent reason.

They charge 10% Tech Fee + 3% Credit Card Fees + a Monthly Fee to Pay the Charity.

We are trying to do good by donating to charity. They are charging exceptionally high fees for simply processing the donation. Please bring down your fees!

Garret and Jose have been amazing to work with. Super responseive, really willing to help us find the best solution for the app on our store. They took the basic layout and then helped us customize it to our site so that it's a best experience for our customers and helps us more easily support the local non-profit. I had looked at other apps and the response time was short and there were many limitations. I highly recommend using this Give & Grow Donations!

First and foremost I loved having a meeting with Garret. He was exemplary of his position and made learning new tips so easy about this tool, as well as, helping me with such an easy solution to my issue with my website. We're in the process of launching our store and haven’t gone live yet, but the team at Pledge has already made a big impression. They were extremely helpful in getting donation buttons added at checkout, it was quick, easy, and well-integrated with our Shopify setup. The platform makes it simple for our customers to give back, and it's a great concept overall. We’re excited to see how it performs once we launch. Highly recommend for any brand looking to incorporate a charitable component with minimal friction.

Their customer service is beyond terrible! I would give them a negative star if it were possible. I have been reaching out to their support team for close to a month with no response. The counting widget that shows the amount of money that has been donated to your charity does not show on my store any longer. This seems as though it would be an easy fix for their service team but again I get no response. I would like my money back for this past month since your app is not working. It makes no sense to pay you for a service that you are not receiving. Terrible Customer service Buyer Beware.

We've been using Give & Grow for a couple of years now and love it. We are part of the Pledge 1% movement, giving 1% of sales to charity. Give & Grow makes this easy - Setup takes only about five minutes and then it runs on autopilot!
When we first set it up, I verified with our first beneficiary that they were receiving funds from G&G's parent organization and they confirmed they were. Last November, we found a local non-profit and made them our beneficiary. They confirmed they received their first check within a month, and we have now donated over $700 to them without me having to do anything after setup. This app is great both for busy store owners who want to do good, and for the charities that benefit!
