First let me tell you..... Andrea is amazing. So helpful. Really is. Have a problem or need something change to make it your own and he is on it like crazy. Also filled with a ton of ideas on how to make things work the way you want. The app is loaded with tons of features that you pay a arm and leg for with other apps. Super clean and responsive. I love the idea that you can tag customer that go into Klaviyo. Our goal is to walk people into our business slowly and introduce things to them and not to scare them away. Also it has a lot of interaction with the customer as ways for them to earn more points or entries. The big feature is referral a friend. We added a lot of new elements to our site and with this app you can have them visit and explore and get points for it. (great way to educate your customers) With all seriousness, give them a try and make sure you reach out if you need anything. Customer service is the best I've seen on Shopify. Just a quick update.... Less than one week using the app and already had over 200 entries and many referrals. Really works on expanding your email list and get people to go through your site

Have nothing but good things to say about these guys. Both the giveaway software and the wheel spin software are really well laid out to make it easy to set up, and look professional on the store.

They also go above and beyond to assist their customers to ensure they have a smooth experience with all the software. When i say they go above and beyond, i mean you will be hardpressed to find an app developer out there who even gets close to the level of customer support these guys provide.

We've only recently signed up for this app and haven't had the opportunity to explore its features in depth just yet. However, our initial impression is quite positive, as it appears to be quite user-friendly.

This is a great app for running contests with amazing customer support. Andrea helped me with every little detail in getting my first contest up and running. The results so far have been way beyond my expectations. If you're looking for a great way to build your email list by using contests, then this is the app for you.

This was my first time using an app like this in Shopify. As a relatively new shopify user, it's been a learning curve for me. Fortunately the Giveaway Ninja support chat was there to help me every step of the way. I probably asked 80 questions over a 3 hour period of time and the responses were always fast, friendly and very informative. I felt so clueless at the beginning but by the end of the setup, I felt extremely knowledgeable and confident using the app. 10/10 and I'll definitely be using it again for future giveaways.

I was getting super frustrated as I couldn't get an HTML code to work, so I reached out to customer support and Andrea was the nicest, most patient support person I've ever encountered, and SO helpful! Come to find out, it was my own error that was interfering with the code embedding. I haven't gotten further than that in utilizing the actual app, but I absolutely would recommend Giveaway Ninja based solely on their customer service. :)
