We've only recently signed up for this app and haven't had the opportunity to explore its features in depth just yet. However, our initial impression is quite positive, as it appears to be quite user-friendly.

What truly sets this company apart, though, is its exceptional customer service. In a landscape crowded with commendable apps and top-notch customer support, this service stands out in a league of its own. Andrea, in particular, has made an indelible mark with her remarkable assistance. Not only did she expertly guide us through the process of creating our very first campaign from scratch, but she went the extra mile in doing so. To fully appreciate the excellence she brings, one must experience it firsthand.

I was getting super frustrated as I couldn't get an HTML code to work, so I reached out to customer support and Andrea was the nicest, most patient support person I've ever encountered, and SO helpful! Come to find out, it was my own error that was interfering with the code embedding. I haven't gotten further than that in utilizing the actual app, but I absolutely would recommend Giveaway Ninja based solely on their customer service. :)

I love the app. It is user-friendly and easy to customize. Thanks to Andrea's excellent support I was able to address very fast the fine details needed to get it running in my website. Andrea also provided me with plenty of additional useful info and tips. Highly recommended.

I use this app for a pre-launch giveaway campaign. I absolutely love it. It is very intuitive and has great looks. I already got subscribers on the first day of launch with just a few visitors on my page (less than 10). It converts visitors really well. I had some issues with tracking the opens and clicks of my campaign so I contacted support in live chat. They responded in around 10 seconds and took the time to solve my problem perfectly. Now it all works great and I can see those conversions coming in my Google Analytics. I recommend this app, its fantastic and much more affordable, than any software I saw with the same functions!

We haven't launched the campaign yet but as we are in the setup phase we were able to communicate with the app support who have been really responsive and fast taking care of all our needs!
So far we love the customer service and and how on top of our requests they have been.
Definitely recommend them!!!!
