It was easy to launch and do what we needed, but we had to cancel due to all of the fraudulent chargebacks we received. The fraudulent scale wasn't reliable.
We want to clarify for future merchants that our app does not process payments and is not the source of fraudulent chargebacks. These issues stem from checkout settings or discount code configurations. We’ve provided best practices to help prevent such activity in this support article:
