Easy to set up. Doesn't auto-update when new reviews populate though.

Regarding the auto-update feature, it's currently available with our Platinum or higher plans, which include automatic syncing of new reviews. On the Free plan, updates need to be initiated manually every 24 hours. If you're interested in learning more about our Platinum plan or have any other questions, please feel free to reach out. This app does exactly what's advertised but the reason you should at least try it is the support. Messaged with a widget query to figure out its class so I could reposition the app a tiny bit for mobile, the support team replies sub 5 minutes and gave me correct code to paste in. These guys work like magic so give them all the support you can!
It is great, I would give it a 5 star if I could separate reviews for each specific product, and attach that to the product page on my shopify store

We completely understand your need for separate reviews for each specific product, and we're currently working on implementing multi-widget features.
However, please note that developing this module is quite complex, and it may take up to a month to deploy. This will allow you to create multiple widgets for individual products and attach them to your Shopify store's product pages. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we work diligently to enhance our app to better meet your needs.

Overall good Integration. The Update requires to allow access to all customer information. I won't update the app and I don't understand why you want to have our customer data.

This requires access to customer information, including email addresses, to gather feedback effectively.
