I had a couple of SEO critical issues and I clicked that I needed help. Someone was chatting with me and fixing issues within minutes. I was so surprised at their proficiency and ability to describe the steps to fix the issues I had. They also went in and fixed some complicated issues that I could not. All of this is on top of the tools that immediately increased my SEO and page speed. I went from a 50 speed score to 80 in minutes. I independently checked the speed and it had in fact increased by 50%. This is by far my favorite Shopify store app. WOW
The only app (I've tried 3) that really increased the speed of the shop, easy to understand interface, fast and responsive support at all times = I use and will continue to use.

So far they have been great at helping me with all my SEO issues. The speed of my website has dramatically improved. I am only using the free version now but I will definitely move to the paid - its way cheaper and better than my current SEO solution provider.
