Before using Tapita, we noticed our website wasn't as responsive as it used to be. We looked through the different apps available to use, and landed on Tapita. We decided to give the app a go and see if we noticed any difference in response time both via Mobile & Desktop.
To our surprise, it definitely sped up the response time. We tried all the different pages we have and looked at all the pictures. They all loaded significantly faster. We are currently under the free version of the app, but are considering signing up for the pro version to fully utilize their app. So far so good, and we are looking forward to creating a lasting relationship! Don't take my word for it, test it out and try it for yourself and see the difference it could make for your web store.

Had a major issue when an app that I had installed updated, customers were not able to add to cart so had to revert to an old version so that I could at least capture sales. My speed dropped off and I lost all of the work done on SEO. Installed and my speed is back up, I had sales straight away. The team is also very helpful. Great app and team.

Today, I found this app and installed it, BUT after 3 mins, what happened?
Oh wow wow wow!!!
My website score was under 70.
But NOW!!! 99 – 100 for mobile and desktop!!!!!!!

I strongly recommend using this app!!

1. The first contact with the customer service staff was very enthusiastic, and they quickly solved the problem of web page loading; 2. There was a bug between the template and optimization for the second time, and the other party also solved the problem relatively quickly; 3. I don’t really agree with it. Those who comment in time will be competitors or plagiarize your code. I have no interest in code, I only care about whether it can make customers have a better shopping experience; 4. As I suggest, I hope you can modify your email to urge comments 5. It takes a lot of effort to carry on the free service. As for whether it can continue as before, we will wait and see.

Very impressed with the service and I can't believe how much of its software is free, and it really is FREE. Easy to use and very visual. I'm glad that I choose this software and linked it to my Shopify. No problems so far. Keep up the good work :-)

Great customer service and easy to use. I had questions when first installed and Liam answered them quickly and offered additional support. The app is still new to me but I am liking it so far.
