Received help from Paul with the setting up. I like that the team are willing to assist from the start to ensure that their product works for you the client. Coding had to be done which I have no clue about and he fixed it in seconds. Amazing customer support! I had literally opened the app in my Shopify admin after going live and started to look around when I got a message pop-up from the support team asking me if I wanted to fix my SEO errors! To my surprise, Liam was on the chat and ready to help with a huge amount of critical errors that were picked up after the first scan. He guided me through the steps needed and set up a bulk update template for me to fix missing meta descriptions as well as missing H1 headers. We went from around 40+ critical errors down to zero in no time. Liam also guided me on where to fix SEO manually in the app, which really helped me find my way around.
