This experience was amazing. I am not a tech person and this chat service was great. My store was horrible and now I have 95 on my desktop. Still have more work to complete, but I am confident I can complete the task today.

The SEO for my store's website has increased dramatically. Went from a previous score of 20 to 59 after Tapita. The page speed increased and google is now ranking certain pages higher. I love the alt text feature and indexing feature. The customer support is very quick to respond and they have been patient with us as we are always asking for help to improve our store with the tools they have to offer.
