Merchants describe this app as easy to set up, reliable across themes, and smooth at checkout, with quick verification and automatic discounts. It’s praised for boosting DTC revenue and conversion rates, saving support time through automated eligibility checks, and offering flexible discount controls and customization. Many highlight excellent, proactive support and value access to a large service‑member community, especially for mission‑driven and veteran‑owned brands.
Setup was quick and the GOVX team was great to work with. Olivia guided us through every step, and when the button didn't show up in our custom cart drawer, the team placed it for us. Ryan updated our store page the same day we sent the images. An easy way to offer military and first responder discounts.
Their partner associates have been very helpful throughout our tenure with the program. Helping with both setup as well as guidance on promotion ideas and marketing opportunities throughout the year. One promotion over Memorial Day 26' had a conversion rate over 30%.
GovX is not only a mission-driven company that supports those who serve, but it also makes it really easy to connect to their ID verification and provides discounts to our military and first responders. I highly recommend installing and applying to be on their marketplace! Ron
