App is awesome and great to use. The customer service is just as good too. We had some badge alignment issues once we installed the app but Jessica fixed it within 24 hours. She's the best!
Very simple install instructions, and the install flowed seamlessly up until the very end - when I discovered that the GovX login/widget will not show up on your checkout page, unless you have Shopify Plus. So you'll have to train people to use the GovX login/widget on the Cart page instead. I wasn't aware of that going into the install, and was a little disappointed. Also, no way to differentiate discounts between professions, and no way to tag accounts with for example "leo", "efr", or "vet" once people have registered with GovX, which would then allow segment targeting in email apps like Klaviyo. Hopefully they will add those features in the future. Otherwise, a great app that I look forward to testing out more in the future.
Super easy to integrate into the site. and easy to get verified with your ID. Thanks for providing this service to everyone, and making is so simple to integrate to our website.
Just getting started with GovX but so far everything has been great! Easy install, great communication from customer service and they even helped me with the code to move the verification button on my checkout screen. I like that they are veteran owned and that the service is free with an easy way to opt into their marketing services.
I'm a vet and I liked the idea of having service verified when I used GovX as a customer in the past. As I'm finishing up my Shopify store I was happy to find that they had an app to use. I had an issue getting it to work but the logo file I was using was too large. Support responded the same day and figured it out pretty quickly.
Customer support answered all my questions before installation. The set up was easy. I definitely will recommend this app to other online retailers that offer a military discount.
