Just started using this app and am mad I didnt start sooner! It is great and offers many unique features! And the customer service/guidance is top notch! Highly recommend!

It’s been working great for me thus far. Pretty easy to set up and has been collecting 2k+ emails me since installed so I’m happy with it! It could use additional customization options, but I believe I actually told Jim a suggestion and soon after the requested feature was added... so the customer service + product team is on point there too!

We started using this app to help us build our email list and to help our CRO. I like what this adds to our website and I also have to say the customer service is top of the line. The help I received today was definitely above and beyond.

Okay, so before i tried this app there were so many 5 star comments but none of them sated how effective it is in terms of making sales.

So i gave it try... tell you what within a day I made $1000 from their apps.

Add it to your site and schedule your live phone chat. I'm glad I decided to opt into the phone chat. A: it made me feel like my business was appreciated B: he showed me a few features and elaborated on some details that were fuzzy.

This app was recommended to me by a few folks in my shopify group on Facebook. I installed it and less than 24 hours later Jim a rep from GrooveJar, called me and shared his screen with me as he walked me through the app and how to set it up. I look forward to working with these guys they seem to be the real deal!

This is the first app that I have installed and customer service has given me the VIP treatment, and I'm still in the free trial!!! I love it! The app boosted our sales literally. My store wasn't doing so good but after I installed this, I made sales! Conversions skyrocketed and I really love it! It is also user-friendly and everybody can learn how to manage it easily.

One of the best Shopify Apps I have. Already generate over 200 emails in just a week time since I implemented. What I like about this app is it has multiple apps into one (incentive function, abandonment cart, and many others).

I had similar urgent, incentive type of app before but it worked well but it only has that ONE feature. I like Groovejar for its multi features, super easy to use and set up. When I first installed it, it took me less than 10 minutes to set up everything. Thank you so much for creating such an awesome app. Hope to have other updates and cool features added later as well.

I love How easy it was to set up. I am a one man Business and being able to quickly install and set up applications is sometimes hard but was very simple with Groovejar. This is probably the first pop-up I have used and liked for my Business as well.

This app is one of the best apps I have used so far and it gave me a 5% boost in conversions. Thanks to this app, i could remove 5 other apps that I had since GrooveJar did everything they did and that too in 1 subscription! This app is amazing and if used properly the results can be immense. I am still in testing phase but I have gotten amazing results so far.

Must have app for serious marketers!

The app is very easy to install and has many preconfigured popup applications. I used another similar app that is popular in the app store and found this one to be more effective and with a lower monthly cost.

It does take a little bit of time to setup, and it is important to create relevant email flows in order to turn leads into sales. But their support is top notch.

A very interesting App. It definitely helps to grow the e-mail database, and we are recovering sales from the follow up emails as well. It does take a little bit of time to setup, and a word of advice, when creating the e-mails do it in html, the text editor doesn't actually work yet, but otherwise a very worthwhile addition to our page. I love the fact you can personalise the message or the discount to pretty much whatever you want, and it is quite easy to do....

The ease of use is what I like the most. I am not always technologically skilled and thought I had everything in place. Turns out I had missed something and Myra from Groovejar had followed up with me to see how I was doing. I told her I was not able to get it to work. Quickly, I got a response, received the link I needed with complete directions to proceed. Followed the directions and in 10 minutes up and running!! Thank you, Myra.

I have to say, the second thing I like about the app is the customer support. They are always there and ready to help.

This is really a great app to have! My favorite aspect of this app is the ability to collect and convert to use for email engagement. I love the email campaigns. Another of my favorite is the GrooveSurvey. This is so awesome to be able to ask your customers if they would like to see anything different or improvements!

An absolute joy to use! A must have app in your email collecting arsenal. So easy to set up, feature rich, so many different options all under the one hood. Would highly recommend it to any Shopify user who is serious about their store.

It was super easy to use and the results were amazing! Particularly I loved the flexible functionality of the pop-ups. I was able to choose to who show my opt-in box and exclude those who probably wouldn't be keen on entering their email either way.

Nice little app that provides some must-have functions including email collection pop ups, recently bought notifications, email automation to non-converters and many other cool features. Easy to use and understand, does what it says on the tin, good job.

This app is fantastic for collecting leads. I love that it gives the shopper a reason to put in their email (customizable countdown timer). I also like that they've made it super easy to change and match your store.
