I wasn't sure what to expect at first, but Hagl has been a nice addition to our store. The negotiation process feels natural and doesn't come across as gimmicky. I also appreciate that I can set clear pricing limits, so there's no risk of accepting offers I'm not comfortable with. The setup was quick, and everything has worked smoothly since installing it. Hagl has quickly becoming an imperative tool for our guitar shop. With the proliferation of 3rd party sites that accept offers, buyer mentality has clearly shifted towards "getting the best deal" rather than pay the asking price. Hagl has enabled us to tap into that mentality, negotiate toward an advantageous price for our goods for both parties. As we always say, we are in shipping, not storage...Hagl enables us to ship more product than we ever have before!

This is a very clever App - they came up with a solution for an innovative method of pricing that no else has seemed to figure out.
This is a startup group, but they are really easy to work with and very strong technically, and I think this App will continue to become more powerful as it matures. As an early adopter, they have been very receptive to input and are able to rapidly implement improvements.
