We're very happy with the QuickReply app for our shopify store. We've been using it for a quite sometime and the support team response is AWESOME
Had a great experience while the account was being transitioned from another provider to QR and once transitioned the experience has been great so far. Meta also raised a few violations and they handled the same as well.
The approvals have been quick for broadcast messages.

I rarely leave reviews, but the QuickReply team truly deserves the accolades. Since its a niche app, setting up involves a few steps - but a simple Google Meet with their team and your store is ready to start interacting with customers via WhatsApp. They helped up build custom bots for placing COD orders, Prepaid orders, new product launches and so much more.
