Perfect app for exactly what we needed!

I have been using Hideship for about 8 months now. The basic features I understood on my own were working very well. I came up with a new scenario that I needed to help find a way to offer free shipping AND discount on products for certain members. Fabio took a concerned interest in my business problem I was trying to solve. He even took the time to get on a call directly with me to walk through what my business issue was and work through options on how to solve them in this area. His guidance found me a solution that is doing exactly what I needed and I am extremely happy with the answer. Very impressive they he cared enough to take the time to work directly with me to understand the issue and help find resolutions for the issue. I would highly recommend this app if you are having issues with shopify's limitations with shipping methods. Well worth the small monthly fee, have more features than I knew about and does exactly what it says.

We use this app to implement quite a few complex dynamic delivery charges. When I faced an issue Fabio quickly looked into this and worked with his technical team to enable me to achieve the rules that I needed. Great experience!

Great app, it helped us to restrict our shipping postcodes.

When we had an issue with unforeseen postcodes being blocked they responded quickly and provided a solution through creating a new rule.
