Application très utile sur notre site qui nous permet de rassurer et guider les consommateurs avant l'achat. Nous avons également ajouté une partie support client qui complète bien notre service support en dehors des heures ouvrés. L'application est facile a utiliser et l'équipe qui s'en occupe très réactive et impliquée.

On utilise l'assistant IA d'iAdvize sur notre marque de lingerie menstruelle depuis un peu plus de 2 mois maintenant (sur nos pages produits et collections) et l'expérience est très concluante.

Ce qui nous aide le plus au quotidien, c'est que l'IA prend le relais quand notre équipe n'est pas disponible : plus de 70% des conversations ont lieu en dehors des heures de bureau. On constate un impact direct sur la conversion, avec beaucoup d'achats finalisés rapidement dans la foulée d'une discussion.

En plus des ventes, l'application nous permet de mieux comprendre les questions récurrentes de nos clientes, ce qui nous donne des pistes concrètes pour améliorer nos fiches produits et nos publicités. Un outil très utile pour accompagner nos clientes au bon moment.
