We originally gave a 5-star review, but after using this app for quite some time, we need to change to 3 for two reasons (1) The app has changed to notifying customers on an arbitrary 2-hour cycle. So products can sell out before app can send out the emails, leading to unhappy customers (2) when product variants are deleted there's no simple way to delete multiple subscribers/notifications ...

The app has not been working on Safari or Explorer - notified the developer over a week ago and haven't received a reply. Instead of the pop up box to enter an email, a blank gray box appears when using those browsers.

It has helped us tremendously! increased sales, and allows us to know how to order going forward. Highly recommend this for small to medium online businesses.

If you remove a product and add it back you will lose subscriber data. Understandable. The biggest function is to send emails when your item is back in stock. It does a poor job of this. Yes they say it checks every 2hrs, so there is that gap. But when it does check, rather than send all the emails, it just trickles them out, a few at a time, every couple hours. It's a very simple and easy to use app. It would be even better if you would have more choices as of fonts and settings and could change all of it by yourself. Fortunately the support team is really helpful and fast in doing these changes for you.
